  • When returning product to the seller, you must provide the package for transportation of the goods;
  • The return of the goods must be accompanied by a purchase document (copy of the bill of lading) and the goods must not have the product label removed during the exercise of the right of withdrawal;
  • The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer;
  • You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product within the term of the right of withdrawal;

  • If the purchased product is not satisfied with size, colour, shape, material or other reasons, but the bag has no defects - change or refund is not possible, so please carefully select the product before ordering;
  • If you use the right of withdrawal, the online store is obliged to refund your contributions (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days from the date you have sent a written refusal. The internet store will refund the money only to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form;
